Our History
Established in 2067 BS (2010 AD), Lumbini Agro Product and Research Center Pvt. Ltd. began as a vision to revolutionize dairy farming in Nepal while promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
Located in the fertile plains of Tilottama-14, Rupandehi District, our farm has grown from a modest beginning to become Nepal's largest commercial cow farm, housing over 450 premium cattle and producing 2,000 liters of milk daily.
Our commitment to innovation led us to implement biogas production systems, sustainable energy solutions, and improved grass cultivation techniques that serve as a model for modern farming practices across the region.

Mr. Shashi Poudel
Mr. Shashi Poudel, the visionary founder of Lumbini Agro Product and Research Center, has dedicated his life to advancing sustainable agriculture in Nepal. With over two decades of experience in dairy farming and agricultural innovation, he has transformed traditional farming practices into modern, efficient systems.
His commitment to education and research has made the farm a hub for learning, attracting students, researchers, and agricultural enthusiasts from around the world. Under his leadership, the farm has become a model for sustainable farming practices and agro-tourism development.
